That legacy includes Robert “Bob” Winegar, whose life was built around cattle, land and the relationships that defined the ranching community of California’s Central Valley.
Bob was part of a generation of cattlemen connected to the historic movement of livestock between Mexico and the United States, an era when business was built through trust, reputation and long-standing relationships.
Today, that story comes full circle.
RUPECA is building a modern cross-border cattle and beef platform that once again connects Mexican cattle origins with ranching infrastructure and markets in the United States.
